EDUCATED GUESS
Founded in 2020, Educated Guess is focused on finding and developing young horses to reach the top levels of the sport. Unlike a typical broker, we personally acquire and cultivate each of our sale horses, spending the time to get to know them and determining which job they are best fit for. Working closely with our connections in Europe, we hand-select horses ranging in age from 3-7 years old, focusing on a number of criteria including bloodlines, temperament, and general athleticism. Kianna Noël
After falling in love with horses at age 6, Kianna has been competing across North America for nearly two decades. She spent her junior years focusing on the hunters, competing in both the Small and Large Junior Hunter divisions as well as the Junior Jumpers. She had a very successful junior career, picking up championships and derby wins along the East Coast. Kianna continued on to compete in both the Amateur Owner Hunter and Jumper divisions.
Kianna then became a professional dedicated to developing young horses. She has spent the past few years establishing connections across Europe in an effort to find the best green horses available. Her days are spent working towards an understanding of the specific needs of each horse she owns, bringing them along patiently and precisely. She currently trains her young horses as well as rides and shows a wide array of client horses. In training a variety of youngsters, she has developed an eye for specific qualities that ultimately result in horses with balanced temperaments and the ability to go on to compete at the highest levels.
In addition, Kianna holds a J.D. from Fordham University and is barred in the State of New York. While she does not currently practice law, she uses her knowledge of contract law in her day to day dealings.
